Hello, I'm embarking on a project to start amassing data/leads from local residents in a large urban area (West Coast USA).
What would be the best way to monetize these leads myself? Should I reach out to real estate, local excursions, local restaurants... what's the easiest way to blast an email list regularly with offers that could make max money with minimal work?
Basically the way I will be acquiring these leads is they will be opting in through wifi at local restaurants, coffee shops, bus stations, wherever I am able to have them opt in with their information to use my service.
I'm hopeful that I can amass many thousands of local leads and looking for ideas and experience in the best way to monetize this.
My intuition says to reach out to local businesses but I'm not sure how to quote them or how to go about doing this.
