Monetizing 100 employees?

I own a work online fanpage and it's easy for me to get around 100 people ready to work for only $5 a day or even less, most of them from 3rd country and have a pretty good English and computer skill. How can I menetize this kind of resource? Any suggestions would be really appreciated :)

Open an online betting site then get them to fight each other to the death, stream it and take bets.
Or if you are a hippy and don't like violence then you could get them account/like farming. Building links or content creation.

Also, if you make a post in the HaF section you can recruit more people as everyday people are begging to learn how to make $5 a day.

Actually most of them are student and been working with me for about a year or two, I pay them about $2 an hour but now there's something changed and we don't have much work to do so I think I need to find a new job for them and want to hear from you guys. digging around, not sure what to do next yet but I will take care of your suggestion, thanks man

There are lots of people who would like genuine comments/page likes/reviews whatsoever.. whether it's on FB, IG or a website.
If you can offer people for instance legit comments on their Instagram photos (which is still not easy to get on the market or it's pretty expensive), you can monetize it.

Depends on their skills. If they are students and they are good with English maybe you can start an article writing service.
 
Not sure if you own a webshop, but everything you need to do but don't feel like doing to because it takes a lot of time and is boring to do. You can let them do it.
For me that was: managing a Pinterest profile and have someone pin posts every day. I had a girl doing this by giving her some free items and she also liked doing this.
But this can also be liking/commenting on others on Instagram to get potential customers have a look on your Instagram and maybe even get a sale from it.
Sending emails to potential physical shops/blogs.. let them search for potential influencers/blogs/shops. So you can apply this on your own shop or offer it as a service for other webshop owners.

You read my thoughts, Pherkan. I planed on build a store with drop shippibg and let them do kind of marketing stuff for me but I'm currently stuck on the payment gateway as there's only PayPal Express checkout is available for me and you know PayPal, they're bad ass with drop shipper, though

Build accounts on freelancing sites and register your team/agency as a service provider of whatever majority of your employees specialize. Provide samples to invite potential clients.
