Monetize Vertoz?

Anyone here deal with Vertoz before? Are they legit?

They're just like a lot of those guys that present a nice looking website, great cpm rates and ads and keep in contact to tell you send more and more traffic then when it comes to pay you the larger amounts they send you a BS email and terminate your account..

I've searched around the web for a lot on ad networks. Some of them are the same in all lists and some others are based on personal experiences. I've had a chance to work with Vertoz. These guys are pretty prompt and responsive to queries and payments. So far I haven't had an issue as such.
