are there any Turkish dating sites? to have conversions everything needs to be localised.
 
Turks are terrible at PPS. You will not get performance on SOI and DOI offers. Unfortunately bad traffic.
Dating industry is very active in that country. Send emails to some companies and make an affiliate deal with them.
