I don't think the people who are suggesting him to offer a verification service realize just how much work it takes to set up.
First he gotta get himself a GSM modem (costs $1k+ for 64 ports), then he gotta write a program that operates on a VERY low level (depends on the modem brand), then he gotta develop a system to keep each of them in check and manually swap them out as needed.
Definitely not an easy task.

I hv a lot too,but same I don't know how to make money with that. At my place the phone number its very cheap is like only $0.2 - $0.3

Instead start a verification service i would suggest you to sell these on ebay. with custom credit request. Then you can provide quality service.
IF you start a verification service i am sure you are going to ending up using same number again and again and it cause high risk (account linked) who got verifieds from you.
Instead sell for a price. It's more profit than you think. Check out ebay or you can even start a BST here.
