Did you try blacklabelads or juicyads?

Those would be the most obvious choices but you would probably have really low conversion rates. Try getting one of those cam affiliate ads. Those may work as well.

The Best way to earn money from that site is affiliate promoting. Promote affiliate ads on your site. And you earn leads.

I have seen, there are some affiliate sites paying $6 per lead. Even if you got 0.5% conversion, you can make thousands.

You can sign up as a publisher on CPC ad network (not affiliation) so that you can earn by clicks same time?
