Okai, so today i've made a new youtube account, for commenting on my vids manually.
I selected the country United Kingdom, a random 18+ age , but verified my phone from a romanian number. As far as i know partnership directly with youtube from Romania isn't available, just trough intermediate networks.
The first message that appeared after my registration was that I can monetise a vid if I upload one, but the account is totally new. Why would they trust potentially spammy people for monetising?
