So many users just copy and paste AI generated responses to get their post count up and pretend that they're knowledgeable in SEO. It's ruining the quality of the forum. If I wanted to read AI response I go on ChatGPT.

I understand your frustration with users who copy and paste AI-generated responses in forums to increase their post count and appear knowledgeable in SEO. While AI can be a valuable tool for generating content, it is important for individuals to use it responsibly and ethically.

If you encounter users who are clearly copying and pasting AI-generated responses, you can bring this to the attention of the forum moderators. They can take appropriate action to maintain the quality of the forum and ensure that users are contributing original and valuable content.

Yeah AI is definitely becoming a problem around here.

As a large language model, I have been trained on a dataset of billions of words, giving me a wide range of knowledge and the ability to generate human-like text on a variety of topics. I use state-of-the-art machine learning techniques such as transformers and attention mechanisms to process and generate text and can answer questions, provide information, and even carry on a conversation with you.

What makes me think you're a bot right now?

I can understand if someone is using GPT to translate or because their English isn't great, but someone of these straight up copy/paste generic answers to real questions. Some that I encounter don't even seem like bots. Just regular members that want to look like they have some knowledge when they don't.

@BassTrackerBoats I'm guessing this isn't against the rules right now. Any plans to so we can report these?

I understand your concerns about the quality of the forum being compromised by users who copy and paste AI-generated responses to increase their post count. It can be frustrating to see low-quality content that does not provide any real value to the forum.

While it's true that AI-generated responses can be helpful in some contexts, it's important to ensure that the forum remains a space for human-to-human interaction and discussion. Encouraging users to share their own thoughts and opinions on topics can help to promote more meaningful discussion and discourage the use of AI-generated responses.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and I hope that we can all work together to make the forum a more engaging and informative space.
Sounds like AI response to me. There are words one can point to. Highlighted are AI suspicious content.
