Hey all,

We are opening a small but very articulate discussion place on mobile marketing which will cover everything from mobile advertising, direct marketing, list building, bulk marketing and more.

Just out of interest and i'm only really talking to people here who are very interested and have dealt with mobile marketing and know what is involved, cost wise and what not who would be interested.

Let's call it "shooting alot of shit" with alot of high end services with big roi :)
If your a mailer and havnt looked at sms then think again!

Anyway. im not selling anything or promoting anything, i just want a show of hands who'd be very keen to jump into such a place ;)

Well we are in the middle now of setting things up, we are in talks with some major companies also who will and can provide the services needed for all mobile marketing needs.
 
I am interested! Simply because I know MM (Mobile Marketing) would become the major chunk of IM in very near future. Another thing that makes me focus on MM is because my son has been offered a great job yesterday which will push him into mobile apps & marketing at the right time as these two fields together are getting ready to make a global impact.

It remind me of the time when a certain Windows along with Office, Oracle and Client Server architecture, and shortly then, Java and the Internet began making their mark. The MM thing is going to be as huge as those. I simply happened to be in the right place at that time, and now my son too is in a similar position so that he too can tell something similar to the next generation! :)

So, I too am eager to join the new "place". :) Of course, I promise I would keep the ears (eyes actually) open and the mouth shut. :D

Count me in for sure. I think this is going to get pretty big within the next few years
 
I invested everything I have into the mobile marketing venture! This is my biggest desire, and something I eat, sleep, and dream every single day! Even though there are some negative aspects about sms marketing, the positive aspects prevail. I have spent the last two years developing mobile marketing software, and if anyone knows about mobile marketing, it is me. It does not take a genious to see that there is definitely something here, and it is not going away anytime soon!

So just ask me why I will never give up on this subject. I would be an idiot and complete fool to quit mobile marketing!!! Do you understand what I am saying! Hello! People of BH! This is virgin territory! And the time has almost come:)
 
Im interested, not much previous experience with mobile marketing but recently I was speaking with a guy from a UK based company trying to bring me on board to sell mobile software that sends out bulk bluetooth message, really usefull for promoting pub offers etc so im kind of in the mobile frame of mind just now and would like to get involved if possible
 
keep me up to date, been looking into mobile marketing for months, especially for building up own offers.

would like to venture into it :)
 
Ahhh.. some people with Vision...

they say that mobile marketing will have a faster adoption rate then any other technology that we have seen, because the phones are already in everyones hands.

Some people can hate it all they want, but it wont change the fact that it is here to stay and it is changing the game for good.

Have you ever seen the movie "Minority Report" where ad's are being served as he is walking through the malls, the phone will bring all of this together.

Well said mobile man. I have seen the future of this for a while. I had an idea 2 years ago in this market and just saw someone who was using it. It made me feel sick to my stomach.

I'm interested for sure.
