I must be missing something:
US-based residential proxies costs AT LEAST $100/month for ~5GB
If speed isn't a huge concern, why not just buy a mobile phone family plan (~$30 a line for unlimited bandwidth or similar to that of the expensive proxy options), use the hotspot, and then you have full-control of your IP?
Besides speed, I don't see the upside of buying expensive residential proxies...
Also, if you are doing this to have fake social media account... if you have a mobile phone family plan, you're going to need those fake phone numbers anyway!
