It depends on what you mean by anonymous. Anonymous to who and what for?

just say i was doing some blackhat stuff,i dont want the end user to be able to detect who i am.mobile broadband with vpn looks the safest, what do you think?

Once again it depends on what you're doing and who the end user is. You could use a simple proxy and you could be anonymous or you could use a highly encrypted SSL VPN and be easily tracked down. Remember that every hardware out there that connects to the Internet has a physical MAC address.

PS. Business & Tax Advice is the wrong section for these kind of questions. ;)

why would you say that i would be more easily traceable using a secure vpn against a simple proxy or are you just giving this as an example. I know about mac spoofing javascripts cookies etc. All these areas have been covered. BAsically i am opening a grey area business and dont want anyone to be able to connect me when I am using the internet over the vpn.what do you think?
ps:which section should this be posted in?
