Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
I contacted code API and was told that i can rent monthly an email platform to send 10,000 emails per day whihc includes everything , no need to pay anything more or have any other service access to his software. He did not tell me before i paid what the name of the software was, I only found out AFTER i paid. I was extremely detailed and clear on what i was ordering and have screenshots and the DM's to prove our entire conversation and he guaranteed me that his service would work and that he would need the crypto payment to setup and get started.
I then again confirmed everything and he sent me the XMR wallet to pay and I sent the money the following day. He then sent me access to Labnify (his email service that he used to sell here online with bad reviews and with the same negative experience of ghosting people after they signed up and paid.

Also if you check the old sales page you can see that all the discount code please requestes were from fake user it seems as BHW banned them all. BHW caught on to the suspicious sales thread and in the end he didnt renew it, this show bad faith!

There are many that have the exact same issue as i have had in that sales thread that i only found AFTER he ghosted me.

I logged into the Labnify account and setup a test send of 1000 emails and they show that all 1000 were delviered without any bounces, no clicks, no unsubs and i also had 4 emails in the 1000 to which i was going to use as proof of the email being sent. none of the emaisl actually were sent.

I told him in the DM that this is not working and he replied stating that he would get back to me when he gets back to his desk. I have never got a reply since that reply in DM which was 2 hours from the time he gave me the access.

I test again a small list with 10 of my own emails and none of those also were sent.
Basically the entire system and platform is fake.

I politely asked for my refund 3 times and today stated i would open a BHW dispute against him if he didnt refund my money for service not rendered. I have been a loyal BHW memeber since 2011 ,
I have never had an issue yet but this member is simply stealing my money and out of principle i will make sure others dont get taken for money aswell.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I have shown him that the emails didnt work, 0 sends actually worked, i posted them in the DM and he acknowledged them and said he would get back to me but ghosted me. I asked for the refund 3 times and gave a timelines and he wont reply.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
i would like my $389 xmr back and then it would be settled.

Information For The Accused
@code API, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

@code API If we see you attempting to trade again during an active dispute, you will be banned. You have until 19:00 London time to respond to this dispute.

Look who finally showed up. It only took two warnings, two DMs and several other notifications. I trust you'll engage with this dispute from this point on and not ignore members of staff when they ask for your participation?

You took my money i told you very clearly before hand that i need to send 10,000 emails per day and i within 2 hours setup and tested the platform and upload 1000 emails and sent out and it didnt work.
Not even 1 email sent sent (i have emails inside the 1000 test to see if any were delivered and the emails never reach any of my emails or sent successfully.
Your platform didnt show any soft bounces, hard bounces unsubs, nothing.

I instantly contacted you on DM (shown in the DM images uploaded to this dispute) at Thursday at 12:02 PM
You replied at 1:30PM that same day saying :

And ghosted me thereafter!

Whats worse is that since I asked you for help until NOW,
You have been online every single day bumping your other threads, asking for sample reviews from other sales threads but totally ignoring me!
If it wasnt for this Dispute System BHW has active you would have continued to ghost me and I would have lost $389 usd

I was super clear as the evidence proves before I paid exactly what I needed and you confirmed everything.
I have never had anyone on BHW do business with me the way you have handled yourself.

@mn1977 Let's give @code API an opportunity to respond and present evidence. Like you, I'm unhappy with their lack of communication here but let's at least give them the floor.

@mn1977 Clearly, @code API is stalling for time here. They've been online again and not responded to this thread and I'm not sure they have any intention of resolving this dispute.

So I'm ruling this dispute in your favour. @code API has 24 hours to refund you or they will be banned.

The priority is to get your money back. We would always prefer not to ban people. But let me know if you hear anything from them.

They won't be doing it for much longer if they don't refund you.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Its really too bad that there are people here that build up their account and reputation over years and then think they can scam and fraud honest buyers like me. And all over $389 dollars.
If you look at this banned members past it was full of shady sales threads that he would inflate and pretend were doing well to scam people out of their money too. He only asked for free smaples and reviews to take form BHW and never contributed.
I will never understand why he didnt refund me and or fix the platform and keep me as a paying customer ?????

My advice would be to keep trying to contact them in the off chance they do issue a refund. We have seen this happen quite a lot, and hopefully it will in your case. Appreciate your patience and your co-operation here.

Wow, 6k messages and 8 years on forum gone for $390? That's sad
