Even if he paid me now, i would want that account banned forever,
I am not a bank giving out free loans.
The worst part is that lots of people do accounts and like and send messages just to be trusted and get free things from people. I actually dont want feedback and always give instead of ask for samples.
I could have 40,000 messages over the years as I spend a lot of time on BHW but why?

My best guess is he needed the money, as with his account, he could've made A LOT more than just under $400
