Minimum PA on blogspot site that worth

Hi guys from bhw.. im asking what could be the minimum PA on blogspot expired url to use it on a PBN... im getting lot of blogspot urls with 10-15 PA but dont know if worth this... maybe to use on tier 2 or 3
