Even with a shout out, if the person bots and/or buys followers and likes, they will buy and send you fake followers, comments and likes.
Do your own due diligence and check all the accounts that liked and/or commented. Also make sure to check the hashtags of the newest post and see if they are not ghost banned. If they look legit, buy the account.
Listen, the person is not making much, if any money from that account, otherwise they would not sell it. Same goes if they were asking $1,000; $5,000 or $25,000.
If you had a job that pays $1,000 and could get another job that pays the same without leaving the first job, why would you quit the first job? Makes no sense. So, I keep repeating myself, if anyone is selling an account, it's because it's not making money, and the only money they'll make on that account is what they can get from you (sucker).
So, you have the money, if it does not make sense to you - don't buy it or offer less and be ready to walk away. There are sellers here on the BHW marketplace that will sell you 1M+ followers for less than $500.
