Oh, my friend, you've hit the nail on the head here. Now I will describe how to attract a lot of micro workers.
In short, I had a business idea that turned out to be not so easy to implement. As it turned out, the effort wasn't worth the money (or I just wasn't putting the squeeze on it), but in the end I was left with a bunch of applications from microworkers asking for jobs. (I am attaching a screenshot)
As you probably guessed, I'm talking about discord. It's an awesome job search platform. To do this, you need to use the discord server catalogs.
In them, you can use keywords to find the channels you need. In my case, I was looking for the words "Job", "remote work" and so on.
After that, you go in and create your own post with a job description. I also offered an easy task with a payment of $2.
I created ads on 5-7 servers, because I needed enough applications.
I was blown away by how many applications started pouring in after a couple of hours, as the posts were published.
Then I had to delete the posts because of the number of messages.
