I was just curious, I haven't been on BHW for a while due to studying etc.

Seen a lot of news about Big G' updating it's search engine and that...

Are 3 - 5 page micro sites still profitable?

The safest and virtually bomb proof way to move forward with MNS websites is to invest more time and content in the site and upgrade the sites to AS

I hope they are because I was just about to invest in them as my first venture. I am also curious.
 
The best route can be both and. Design an authority site with 100 or so related sections and subsections, and write the articles going to the MNS you have in mind in correspondance to those sections. Rewrite each article in whole or in part, and post the re-write on the AS pointing to the MNS. Now you have the same keywords embedded in unique content on two different sites you are monetizing. Rinse and repeat for other MNS sites you set up. The MNS sites can be flipped eventually, while you enjoy the earnings coming in from your long term AS keepers.

This is great stuff!! I take it you don't host on the same server and you have to use multiple adsense accounts?
 
Yup, multiple adsense, multiple servers, the rest of the drill.
 
that is awesome strategy and me and my girlfriend actually spoke about doing that so I know it's worth it in the end.

To OP, if you have a relative or girlfriend you can try them to get a second account
 
YES from one site you can't be rich but you can make a profit.

Ofcourse they are, just remember that relevant, unique content and authority linkjuice are key...not just backlinking in general and posting whatever junk comes your way.
 
yeah. Still MNS works well. This is a scalable method to earn money in IM.
 
It does still work, but diversity is the key. Create few authority site
too would be great plan for the long run.
 
2 Things if you do Micro Niche sites are Still very much Profitable..1st Do Post 1 New Article In each Site every Month to make it Authority Site..2nd Keep Building Authority Links on Regular for all Sites...It is Quality plus Quantity key to get success with MNS now a days..
