Micro niche idea - need your opinion

Hi,

I am newbie here but have some professional experience with SEO (never for micro niche).

Ok, I have found this data about the niche:
Allintitle: 6k+
Phase search: cca. 250.000 (I am most concerned about this)

Market Samurai (trial version) - SEO Competition
PR: 4, 0, 0, 3, 4, 5, 0, 0, 0, 4 (specific URL and not domain name)
There is no one page on 1st page on Google that will have a specific keyword in title or description.

On second place are Google with images and wikipedia is on first page too.

All domains on 1st page are 5+ years old, except one with no date.

MS says that average cost per click is 3+ ? and SEOTCR is less than 5%.

I am pretty sure that this could be potentialy good niche but I would like to read yours opinion!

For all those who starting with adsense (like me) and asking himself how I came to this word:
* I have one very wide and general word in my mind
* Then i try put this in Google keyword tool (must have adwords account and be logged in to get more suggestions)
* I copy only suggestions with 3-5 words in it and heavy competition (2k exact searches min.).
* Use Google.com and try allintitle:keyword, search for "keyword" and quick overview of first page results
* I have been suspicios only with this word because there was only 6k hits for allintitle
* So I test this word with Market Samurai who allow you to test it free for a couple of days
* And last but not least I ask about my research on BHW where my idea to start micro niche was born

Ops, I forgot to ask. I would like to hear from you masters If this is niche or not (I hope that i give enough data to you).

Car with 2 doors made before 1970 - Micro niche

200K searches in phrase is no good, you should check the searches in exact.

Competition seems to be easy enough.

How many links do they have on (avg.) domain and the direct link that is ranking.

If you think you can get more links than them (the direct links that are ranking), then with a exact match domain name I reckon you could rank first page.

If the exact traffic is worth it for you, then go ahead and move forth, dont bother waiting for peoples thoughts. You will learn much more from failing by taking action rather than reading.

I mean 200k results in Google when I search in phase.

There are cca. 3k exact searches in keyword tool.

Pages on first site has a lot of links but bad onsite seo (bad for this keyword not in general).

I will try for sure but if someone says here that this is not a niche and he can argue then I would try research again
