Methods to make money on youtube?

Can someon tell me all the methods to make money on youtube?
I know you have google adsense, youtube networks and third party sponsering.
For example can you get money from google adsense and a youtube network simultaneous?
Also im curious about how strong backlinks work to get views on youtube.

I dont see much relation in between backlinks and Views
Backlinks will help you in moving the video in google search it can be possible that if you move to top page you might get loads of views.
But if a certain user needs to watch video he will jump into youtube and not google so your video wont get much CTR through google search.
