Hello everyone,

What are the best methods to find clients for a web design agency in 2020? The white label services are still a good option? If so, what is the best way to find agencies that are looking for outsourcers?

Find some forums/groups with musicians, models
graphic designers or any niche besides web development
and say to them that you will give them 1-3-6 months of
free hosting if they order your website creation service.

Its those tricks that are used by big companies that
advertise like get 3 month free hosting or simmilar.
So you offer FREE stuff, and everybody loves to get
something for free.

Its just a suggestion, there are many tricks you can
use ofcourse, just try to think about it, than plan it
and implement the best you can. Eventually you will be
on top of your business and will only worry how to
pay less taxes, lol hopefully.

Good luck with your business.

Amazing idea. Actually it could work. Thank you!

I think this involves a lot of sales promotion. I'm in sales but rather have warm leads for this; that's why I got hired for upcoming job.

I'm currently making one-product drop shipping sites using Shopify for beginner Ecommerce clients. I haven't passed the $10,000 mark, yet, so take my words lightly. Maybe you could do something similar with Wordpress. Do you already have a niche picked out?

Remember to offer hosting and ongoing maintenance of the site - updating plugins, minor editing of pages, etc. Don't just settle for a one-time payment to create the site, earn something every month from each client.

Yes, it is in plen to do that.

I assume you use the standard, upwork, PPH, freelancers?

Scroll down Yelp, Yell.com etc, find businesses which have FB as their landing page or no website. Give them a call...
If they don't have hosting, assist to help them set everything up and utilise an affiliate link to a hosting partner and make another $100 odd.

I'm using especially GSA Website Contact. I am not using the freelancer platforms. I tried also with cold email on different forms, but till now I didn't find it a method which works.

Cold emails never worked well for me. The amount of emails business owners and website owners get is unreal. A quick call, compelling offer... worked well for me. I used to specialise in selling websites and marketing for agencies

im in same boat with you, i think its really get lead nowaday, you need to have cool call skill to close the deal
