i see this going on all over, i am sure it must be saturated by now. there is probably bots out there adding everyone that says add me. so you would just end up marketing to someone that is already marketing.

But thanks OP, This will always be a great method. You can expand outside of Facebook to omegle, reddit, ect. Basically assume the profile, but it's your job to be an internet psychologist. Take the next step and find a real 'teen girl' profile and copy her comments from 3 years ago so it's on a delay. So scrape the Twitter of a real girl, then autopost to your profiles on what you've scraped from oldest to newest. Let it automatically post to ESTABLISH your profile as a real girl. Men WILL still pay 50$ for pictures through email. For the long term, a really big image set of a SINGLE girl is crucial.
 
this is still a good way to build up your friends and followers so you get some momentum but with some twists of course. I would only use it to get enough friends (about 1,000) pervs and then go for more targeted non perv friends for non adult. I have around 100 accounts I'm slowly building up over time. Eventually I will redirect them all to my websites. Plus you can add them to your own groups, fan pages etc so a lot of scope to get some large amounts of traffic. You can also push them as suggested friends to your other profiles too to give them a kick start.
