It's not unique content.
The noindex feature has been added to many feeds because the site owner does not want duplicate content penalties from autoblogs created with RSS feeds (what you are trying to do). So these RSS Feeds are usually showing content that was already posted. Thus, you are back to square one.

yeah that was what i was about to say
Will autoblogs plugins pull the full content of such RSS feeds? I can't really recall as I stopped doing autoblogs more than a year now. All what I remember about this method is that yahoo pipes couldn't pull the full content and thus I asumed that it won't be pulled by any other crawler/spider. But I've never tried to actually add one of those feeds to any of the plugins I used to have.

Depends on your autoblog, but even pulling an excerpt is still a paragraph of duplicate content. Make a whole site of excerpts and, yea...
