Hello everyone and I hope you're all having a great day/night and thanks for reading my post on how to turn $20 into $1,000 in 10 days. This is a method that I crated and put into action roughly a week and a half ago and it has proven to be a successful way to make easy money :) So, let's get to it:

Step 1: Pick any city you want to target and gather a list of the dentist and doctors offices that are located in that location including and gather their physical addresses and site URL's.

Step 2: Register a domain name with the name of that city in the domain name. For example if you're targeting Dentist Offices in Houston Texas you should register something like DentistOfficesHouston.com or HoustonDentistOffice.com.

Step 3: Purchase Hosting and install WordPress onto the domain and publish a "Reviews" related theme on the site. For some theme ideas you can PM me.

Step 4: Send an email to all of the dentist offices in that location letting them know that you can offer them a permanent advertising listing spot on your site for only $200 and that there's only 5 spots available on your site. By only offering 5 spots per site your prospects will have a feeling of exclusivity and for $200 they can't afford not to purchase it. Let them know that you'll also be writing a positive 500+ word post on their office that will be posted along with their contact information and site URL so visitors and users looking for Dental Care can easily be contact them. Also, you'll want to create a page on your site and set the URL up like DentistOfficesHouston.com/pay so it will look more professional if and when they decide to purchase.

Step 5: Enjoy the earnings :) Because Dentists make good money from just one customer they have a high ROI on their advertising spend which make it worth their investment.

I was able to create a whole site in about 2 hours and gathered a list of 50+ Dentists within 30 miles from me and had a total of 19 ($3,800) that payed for a listing. The only costs associated with this is the domain name ($10) and hosting which I'd suggest that you use a shared hosting plan which you can get for roughly $10 per month. What's great about this is that it's a proven and successful way to make money and there's a ton of different markets and niches that you can target so your earning potential is endless.

I hope this helped to give you all some ideas and if you have any questions or are planning to do this your self and need help feel free to post a comment and I'd be more than happy to help.

Thanks a lot Veyron!
In step 3, you mentioned the "reviews" related theme, are you able to give any examples of some that might be suitable? :)

Very interesting method. I might as well try this, only cost would be .99 for a godaddy .com domain :)

How are you going about with the ranking portion? Everything else is moderately straightforward but I reckon that ranking for a competitive local search term is much harder than it may seem at first glance. Could you get away with not ranking the site at all and looking the other way when it comes to SEO? They're doctors, after all, and as incisive as they may be in their respective fields, they don't know squat when it comes to search engine optimization.

In essence, you're blatantly taking their money without making any promises whatsoever. The least you could do is to at least TRY to make an effort to rank the site via purchasing a couple of fiverr gigs here and there.

Otherwise, this method is pretty solid and the amount of money that can be made is substantiated. With that said, there's an awful lot of logistics that haven't been addressed let alone delved into.

As old as this method is I suspect it still works and pretty much always will.

The obvious question is how are you ranking this domain in such a short period of time?
out of 19 clients none of them asked what kind of traffic your review site was getting?

I'm not exactly focusing on ranking the domain so much as I'm focusing on making quality targeted sites. In regards to the clients asking about traffic none of them even asked. Having a listing up with a unique description along with their contact information was enough to get them signed up and once you tell them that it's a permanent listing that doesn't expire it's very easy to get the signup. Also, I never made any guarantees of clicks, traffic or sales.

Do you charge the $200 as a one-off price? Or is this recurring monthly or something?

DId you post all 19 even though you said five spots were only open?

I did post all 19 but I had to create 4 seperate sites. Remember, I'm only doing 5 listings per site so for every 5 signups I have to create a new site though the amount of listings you do per site is really up to you.

Nice tutorial. What I'd do is rank the site for whatever local dentist keyword you can find, then once you get some daily traffic, tell them they can keep paying $200 a month. If your site is getting 40 hits per day, just 1 lead from those hits could make all of a dentist's money back and more. They'll likely say yes to the recurring payment. :)

Op thanks for sharing this solid method, but can you also share the themes you use pls

Thats a great twist man. It all depends on the amount of time people have to invest. Personally I don't have the time to go about ranking a site (unless the keyword has little to no competition. But the time spent ranking the site would definitely pay off quick if you get people to buy recurring subscriptions. (Sorry about hijacking the thread, hope you don't mind OP)

Very useful but tell me which theme you used on your blog? even i'm creating one blog like this :)
