[Method] Turn $20 Into $1,000 in 10 Days

This is defintely a great twist, but honestly? Let's be real.

Between Yelp and Angie's list hogging all of the key positions it would be quite a challenge to not only get in those spots (i looked on Google Keyword nearly every city competition is high for the phrases the OP used) let alone talking about doing this in 10 days?

Ancient method, "impossible" or not, i'm definitely gonna give it a shot and perhaps throw something else in it.

If your site is getting 40 hits per day, just 1 lead from those hits could make all of a dentist's money back and more. They'll likely say yes to the recurring payment. :)

I did something similar. Registered a domain name with "citynameLawyer.com" Wrote a few articles and did some backlinking and got it ranked on the first page of google. Sent out a letter to 100 lawyers in the area telling them I am reaching out to all lawyers in the area and offering only 2 spots for advertising at the front and center of my page. It was a very well written letter.

This is a proven method, but it has already been shared on BHW before.

The Dark One posted this exact method 3 years ago and specifically used Dentists in his example.

A little off topic but I hope you're not looking at Google Adwords Keyword tool for competition? Because, you know, it's for Adwords and not organic.

Under the "Competition" column, that means how competitive it is for Adwords. So if it's high, then a lot of people are throwing a lot of money at it. These are usually action terms
 
Good method but i have seen this posted here 4-5 times in last 6 years.
 
Those factors that can stop one from reaching the method are:

1/ Lack of communication skill, especially who want to involve cold call. At least you make a call to the person who will pay you, people need to know at least how you are from listen to your voices, emailing mostly fail.

2/ No lost - no gain: Invest little money like $20 and expect to earn thousand within a month seem like unhealthy money making method, so the thing is what kind of benefit you can offer the buyers, and it's a value one, not just steal.

Local business target is good, help people who lack of internet marketing skill is also good. But the value need to be equal when you provide them. Things need to be fair, fair trade.

I'm not basting the method, just giving my thought facing difficulty when approaching.

Hope someone can help with more healthy ideas.
 
This only works if your doctors and dentists don't understand about site ranking, unless you use a longtail emd and get ranked within the week...

Overselling "exclusive" features is bad practice though.

It may not be new but it's a good plan that I wanted to share with others who are looking for a way to earn some good money on a minimal investment.

This is a method that I crated and put into action roughly a week and a half ago and it has proven to be a successful way to make easy money :) So, let's get to it:

Step 1: Pick any city you want to target and gather a list of the dentist and doctors offices that are located in that location including and gather their physical addresses and site URL's.

Step 2: Register a domain name with the name of that city in the domain name. For example if you're targeting Dentist Offices in Houston Texas you should register something like DentistOfficesHouston.com or HoustonDentistOffice.com.

Step 3: Purchase Hosting and install WordPress onto the domain and publish a "Reviews" related theme on the site. For some theme ideas you can PM me.

Step 4: Send an email to all of the dentist offices in that location letting them know that you can offer them a permanent advertising listing spot on your site for only $200 and that there's only 5 spots available on your site. By only offering 5 spots per site your prospects will have a feeling of exclusivity and for $200 they can't afford not to purchase it. Let them know that you'll also be writing a positive 500+ word post on their office that will be posted along with their contact information and site URL so visitors and users looking for Dental Care can easily be contact them. Also, you'll want to create a page on your site and set the URL up like DentistOfficesHouston.com/pay so it will look more professional if and when they decide to purchase.

Step 5: Enjoy the earnings :) Because Dentists make good money from just one customer they have a high ROI on their advertising spend which make it worth their investment.

I was able to create a whole site in about 2 hours and gathered a list of 50+ Dentists within 30 miles from me and had a total of 19 ($3,800) that payed for a listing. The only costs associated with this is the domain name ($10) and hosting which I'd suggest that you use a shared hosting plan which you can get for roughly $10 per month. What's great about this is that it's a proven and successful way to make money and there's a ton of different markets and niches that you can target so your earning potential is endless.

The method is good, but you're missing something.
There are lots of domain registrars, and you can easily find $1 .com coupons.
If you search BHW, you can easily find $1/mo hosting plans.
Your techniques is awesome if you make the right choice : Spend 2$/mo and bank :)

Which mail do you use when you send the emails, when I send emails from the domain mail it goes to the spam box?
And where are those 5 spotts exactly?
