Yes I know that thank you, but I use another way that allows me to download 100 videos a day.
I was just pointing out that @simone1977 method does not work !
That level of uploading (1000 videos per day), might just trigger YouTube's "anti-robot activity" flag and get your channel permanently terminated.
The fact that your upload ceiling is being reduced, suggests your account is already on "bot-watch".
