This will be easier to do if your product is white hat, because the meta requires you to spend enough time and money on this BM1 account before announcing an increase in the BM limit to 3 accounts, then 5 accounts...

From what I've seen, there isn't a manual setting to increase the limit. It usually depends on factors like your account history, trust level, and how Meta evaluates your account over time.

You just need to spend normally and your BM limit will automatically increase.

upgrading BM1 to BM3 requires building account trust with meta. you need to add a payment method, run a small white-hat campaign, and complete a few successful billing cycles without payment threshold failures. once meta processes the payments and detects active spending, the limit automatically unlocks from 1 to 3 ad accounts. alternatively, completing business verification speeds up this process

If your account maintains consistent spending over a period of time, your limit bm may be increased
from what I’ve seen, there is no direct upgrade button. BM limit usually increase after consistent activity, clean billing history, nd maintaining a trusted acount.

This is quite easy to do yourself: use a personal ad account to spend over $100, then add that personal account to a "Line 1" Business Manager (BM). Once you continue spending, your BM will automatically raise its ad account creation limit.

Only use whitehat products/services and you will get bm3 by spending more and more gradually.

the easiest thing to do is to spend money consistently. i’ve noticed some entities using mass-scale approaches, though I’m not entirely sure about the details.
I run GH - BH campaigns and need multiple accounts, so I need a way to create a BM3 instantly. You know what I mean, right?
I know that with regular, standard spending, a Business Manager (BM) will gradually be upgraded; however, there are currently "tuts" and tricks available to upgrade a BM—to BM3, BM5, or even BM10—instantly.
It works, my friend. If you have a BM1, try creating 3–5 WhatsApp accounts within it; wait a little while, and your BM will upgrade to a BM3. Give it a try.

But since I'm running "BH-GH" campaigns, what you're suggesting is very difficult; the BM gets locked before it even has a chance to get upgraded.
