Its specifically banned in the TOS and they claim to manually review traffic. If you started with legit traffic and began mixing in iframes after a few payouts you might be able to get away with it for a while.

Iframing will not work because when you open the image , a layer will pop up,. You have to klick enter (its not a redirect, its very fast) In the background you see the picture, just try it!

The two ads, one below and one above your image are most likely CPM ads (they get paid for every 1000 visits). They get paid roughly about $4-5 on every 1 thousand us visitors while you only get 2.60. Therefore they make a profit.

Another Tipp, try it with twitter, you can cut the "htm" extension in the link so that the link looks like

Before : http://imagetwist.com/lalaalallalalalblabla.jpg.html
After : http://imagetwist.com/lalaalallalalalblabla.jpg

So nearly everyone who see the link want to see this picture and you get a ton of clicks. Its less suspicious. Try to post some funny pictures, for example the Trollface or other "running gags"
