I also do this, but use on my main site and $150 per post. I also tell them clearly in the email that if i see links they throw to my site, i take it down. My site is not big yet, but 1-2 post per month is ok to cover all the cost for the site.

I also need to change to accept bitcoin, because I don't want them to dispute after i take their post down due to bad links.

Been doing this for more than a year now and the income is steady. :) I'm just too lazy to scale it up or clone the method for other niches.
Just a tip. If they can't pay for the guest post, email them asking to ask them if they can insert your article/post link to the website/blog that they manage (preferably related niche and not spammy) so you can have a look at their article. You'll end up having a backlink without doing anything. And if their article meets your criteria/guidelines then publish it. It's a win-win situation for both of you.
 
I don't even have a Guest Post page or something like that and lots of companies and people email me inquiring about a sponsored post.

My one-year-old site is DA 30 and I have offers ranging from $40 to 100. I only accept a few.

Huffington Post and all the other big sites sell sponsored/guest posts all the time. I even saw one well-known tech site with an obvious sponsored post.

If Google penalizes sponsored content then those sites wouldn't have done it.
 
So if I understand well; I have to buy a good PBN site with a good domain with good metrics, add 30-40 articles with good content and the keywords "niche + guestpost" and thats it? Let me know please

I'm receiving 10-20 emails/day. And majority of my customers are seo agency or freelancers that handles multiple websites.
 
Hmm I read full thread. This forum have nice threads. I think about this method.
OK I grab some 30-50DA domains. This is the the easiest point for me.
But to receive mails like this you need to do something on this websites to be visible on google search. This can be something what you additionally do.
Or I dont know count on earlier backlinks. To receive some traffic.
For me is easy to make basic Joomla website for this purpose but as I remember from my experience to get any organic traffic from google you need to do something. Propably as I remember 3-5 years ago I receive 1-2 offers like this on my poor 10-20DA with 200-600UU/month
Or maybe are websites for guest posts offers and you can just put every trash articles to your website for only this purpose (Its interesting how fast website will lose DA xD). But I found eventual customer aim to similar category website. I mean "I have website about animals and I want guest post on website about animals"

Anyway thanks for respond if someone give me valuable information in this case.

I think most bloggers do this to make some extra income. Specially if you are in tech field, ton of software companies contacts to review their software :)

Ohh yes except Guest Posts always are offerts like this.
But what if we are not a blogger its interesting if we can do just trash website for this purpose with nice domain and still get customers to earn something reasonable.
Many years ago I read about method which told us buy some domains with similar name to popular one, example gooogle.com and fill it with ads. I write it because our huge DA websites can also earn from not only Guest Posts :p. Someone propably will write this address and in internet are still somewhere backlinks.

Where is a good place to purchase expired domains? When I google search I always find crappy sites.

That + ahrefs but be aware that Ahrefs rating could vary a lot. It's way more accurate in terms of keyword tracking though
