[METHOD] This Little Trick makes me Extra 300-500$ a month

I'm gonna test your method. Gonna get 2 high DA/TF domains in two separate niches. I'll try to have high RD as well, but as you said, it is for showoff and most of the people look at DA/TF.

will fill up with content - around 30 articles each and will try to rank 'niche + guest post'.

Then after some time will see if I get requests for guest posts or not.

Worst case scenario I'll use them as my own PBN sites. I might even end up getting traffic for those articles.

That is a nice little trick and you have a lot of patience with these n00bs here.

I would have pulled the plug on helping them as most questions are answered in the thread or OP.
 
I have a feeling that it is not so easy to receive high-quality guest posts. You may get one or two good posts if you are lucky enough. But anyway the idea is not bad.

What's the most important thing(s) to look for when buying an expired domain?

For the sake of this project? MAINLY DA. You could add TF and RDs.
 
Hello. I have a high quality blog with a premium domain and a DA of 36 (PA 34) which I understand is good. I also have a submit article page full of 20+ search terms for "submit a guest post" etc.

I don't charge money, and I allow people to link their stuff from both the article (if relevant) and the author bio.

And I'm not receiving any guest posts. I know the "User Submitted Posts" plugin works because visitors sometimes send random comments and suggestions through it.

Any ideas why there are no submissions?
 
How many links do you generally allow per submission? Also, are the links themselves all do-follow or do you make them no-follow?

I have an aged blog that this could work perfectly on.

Very nice man! I stumbled upon this by accident when I was trying to run a viral site. I was desperate for content and didn’t have the time or patience to write content or hire anyone so I created a very detailed guest post page.

You get flooded with request but every now and then you get those willing to pay for a post. Still do today even though I no longer have the site.

Don’t over think it guys. Its just as simple as it sounds. Put up a guest post page. People find it, request for a guest post, you tell them your prices. If they say yes your in business, if they say no move on.

Can you show me the guest post page? Mine is indexed and the site's quality but I'm not getting any submissions.

Have your email address posted on the "Guest Post "page - There is more success rate to just having a plugin then having users submit their contents. Just have your email in there or "Contact Us Form" Then have something like " We respond Very Fast to your Requests" at the top of the form.

Just 1 DO-FOLLOW link, I charge more for subsequent links.
Yes, you want to make your links Do-Follow that makes them get attracted in the first place.

i no longer have the site but a simple page with instructions on how submit, what topics you prefer, length, image requirements and link requirements should be enough. I don’t use a form or anything. I have them contact me via email and thats where we discuss article topics and pricing.
 
I definitely will look into this method. I have experimented with google alerts and guest post in the past but with little success
