Some advice for you: never share with your partner how you promote and get leads because it's easier for him to learn your craft than you learning his.

Thanks for sharing this method! Just how did you make technician to split 50/50 if your job is just get him leads and he does all the job? And how do you track how much he gets for job when he goes to client alone?
Thanks

I would like to share an offline + online method I am using to make $70+ per day.
hi can anyone help me i wanna earn some money i would do whatever

How I started

Four years ago I lost my job but I didn't want to go back to the 9 - 5 grind. That’s when I sat down to plan my next move and this is when the method I am about to share with you came to life.

Guide

This is not for people who don’t want to get their hands dirty.

I identified a problem: Broken down home appliances e.g stove, fridge, aircon etc=> Opportunity

Solution: I had to be a technician...BUT...

The problem: I didn’t even have a clue about how to fix appliances and no money/time to go to a technical college.

So, this what I did
  1. Posted a classified ad online looking for someone who had knowledge in fixing appliances and had their own tools.

  2. I asked friends to recommend a technician who was looking for work/clients
I eventually found an independent technician who was struggling to get leads and I pitched my proposal.

:):)

We came to an agreement that:
  • I will be responsible for marketing/ acquiring leads and closing deals

  • He goes out to do the job * When I am not busy I am with him as an assistant and at the same time monitoring invoices/payments

  • We split the money 50/50 after expenses
Most of the jobs we charge an average of $80 per gig and we do at least 3 jobs or more per day.

Where I get leads

  • I advertise via a classified website (similar to Craigslist) - FREE

  • Made a website as well and did some SEO with some method I gathered on this forum- (ranking 1st on page one for some terms in the niche:) - hosting $17 per month

  • I have recently done GMB and hoping to get verified and MORE leads.

With this simple method, I have been able to get extra money to cover expenses and groceries.

I have spoonfed Y'all!

Take Action

Do with it with what you will.

You could always scale it by finding professionals in other related fields, use the exact same method for; house cleaners, gardeners, removal guys, decorators. The list goes on

It's not a method it's a real business like mediator which really work . The same can do not only with repairing home appliances. Plumber, cleaner etc

What seo method that you saw here helped you ? i will glade to read them
That is the most important question. Unless a person has the site ranking, he will not be able to achieve any profit.

Local sites are easy to rank. I didn't have a budget so I had to use free SEO review copies here and @Rachaminoff

I'm in South Africa

Nice method bro. You can tweek this endlessly.
I am doing it fully digital, just selling the leads to local businesses that i partnered up with.
Imo choosing the right niche is very important, because there´s niches like roofing companies or heating technichans for example, that give you a lot of money for qualified leads.

How did you pitch the partnership? I’m finding a lot of companies don’t want to partner unless you already have leads or you can guarantee X amount of leads per week, but of course I don’t want to advertise until I have a partnership. It’s like a catch-22
