Does any process like this exist for blogger ?
Nice, but keep in mind that some themes already place h1 tags around your title. Doing it again would mean bad SEO practices. You need to view the source of the page and look to see if h1 tags are already there.

I am a bit confused about keyword density. It shows me with SEOpressor (for example) keyword density 1-2% but if i check with other tool (SearchStatus - Mozilla addon) it says that keyword density is 6-7%, sometimes even above 10% because it also counts the post title and links on sidebars which are also keywords and seopressor doesnt count/see them. My keywords are also a bit longer, 4-5 words thats why so much difference.
So should i have keyword density like seopressor says 1-4% which are only keywords in post but overall page keyword density will be 10%+
Or should i have keyword density 1-4% of whole page?
Thanks for help
