Nice guide! One question:
In the end of the post you are using a link with anchor text to your root domain (front page) and you are trying to rank your front page for this keyword "more movie review from 2011". Is that correct?
Are you using this link with the same anchore text on all of your posts?

I have all ready deleted that post, as it was just to help people out and has nothing to do with my niche.
But yes I would be trying to rank for that keyword, if that was the anchor text that was used.
Normally I end my articles with something along the lines of:
I.e
lets say I have a ford website and I have written a "review of ford f15" and that is also the keyword I want that page to rank for. I would end it like.
This was a Review of Ford F15 by Ford reviews

Thats how I do it, you can end your article how ever you want, you can post the anchor text any where in the text, but it is recommended you end your last sentence with your keyword for that page.
GreyWolf and the others are right. It's easy to experience Information Overload and although I cannot speak for everybody, having a guide to illustrate how to do something really helps.
Something else to keep in mind is that everyone is brought up differently and might not have had the same etiquette standards. I thought it was very rude for the poster to ask you to repost the information, however, perhaps from where he is from that is customary.

This is probably the single most helpful post I've seen on integrating SEO into Wordpress, and having a plugin to use as guidelines for writing responsible content.
A definite must-read for newbies and people who are starting with Wordpress for personal or even business reasons, and thus far has helped me pick up 4 new clients in 30 days because of this method.
It's amazing how keyword stuffing and all that other garbage seems to fall by the wayside when you actually know what you're doing and can follow this easy to use guide.

Using a blog platform for your website will get it indexed in the engines much faster than a static site and search engine submissions will not be necessary. You also have the option of turning off comments if you don't want them.

Excellent guide indeed
Couple of questions about the title tags though:
The thing is, when I write a blog post in Wordpress, I enter the main title in the "Enter title here" -box already and normally that serves as the main title for the blog post. Question is:
Between what H tags Wordpress set it by default? Isn't it H1 already?
Now, if I follow the guide by OP, I write another main title at the beginning of my blog post text and put it between H1 tags -> I end up having TWO main titles with H1 tags ??
Does this confuse the search engines?
Also, it looks a bit weird for the visitors.. like having two main titles..

Yup on page seo still has a big role to play and that was a very full and thorough guide. If there was a newbies section I would recommend having this stickied as people always seem to forget to tell newbies that onpage seo counts, kudos.

Its just a guide, you do not have to do it that way. You can do the on page SEO as you see fit for your readers.
@ nazri97 I would recommend min. 1% - 5% max.

By the way i had a question.
I have my targeted keywords in all the tabs of each page of my website. Should i consider that also while deciding the keyword density or should I only go after the content in terms of keyword density.
Without including more than 4-5 times the targeted keywords in the content, I get a keyword density of 3%+ due to the keyword sitting in my tab buttons.
So what do you think what should I do.?

Ye of course, just trying to make sure I do it the right way as I've never used the H1 tags properly
Anyway, I bookmarked this guide and will use it like a check list everytime I write a new post

Im not sure about the tabs. But normally I would not count them as part of the density.
But 3-4% is fine with the tabs.... Do not worry
