You don't need a whitelabel of course, but it's better, because you can have it on your own domain, so you can promote it as if it were your own site. Although Chaturbate's white label isn't the classical one, because the rooms are still branded with Chaturbate's logo.
Above all this white labels are useful for tracking purposes too. Especially with a method like this, where you have a couple different traffic sources. You can set up one white label per each, so you can see which traffic source brings in the most, which less and which none at all, so you can prioritize the better sources.
If you send all your traffic to a single link with redirect, you won't be able to see such stats to tell the difference.

They don't require ID verification, if you're an affiliate. The ID verification only applies to the performers.
However when the payout comes, name mismatches can cause issues with certain payout methods. So maybe use your real name and the rest can be fake. But why would you need to use a fake persona? Were you previously banned?
