There's a good exqmple in the Journey section where OP managed to get to $20-$30 a day after doing what he's doing for a month. Mind you he's uploaded 10k videos and monetizing it with dating offers, not cam affiliate sites.
If you decide to go on that route, prepare to work your ass off, but if you keep at it and go with a revshare type of offer, the revenue will build up with time.
As long as this thread goes, i can't really provide any updates on methods. I was never really doing this as a whole, only Twitter and that become a lot harder in the last 1.5 years.
I have some clue about Tumblr too, if you check that sectionrecently, you'll seeadult blogs have a big traffic decrease recently.
Punchpin, Smutty and sex.com was never the heart of this method imho and those became undoable soon enough.
What's left? Reddit. If you go on that route, you'll need warmed up accs and you need to be smart about it.

OP moved onto SEO for a reason, it'd be a good idea to follow his example and do something different. Most of the methods posted here are past the tipping point, where it doesn't worth to do them anymore. Or if you still do them, you needed to twist them to the point, where they can considered to be new methods.
Another thing I've learned start using https on all your websites they go down for a bit then they go back up, I changed my whitelabel to my own site with same domain though still works like a charm ...I got some screen shots below the first one is main total, the second is where some guys does a money or order or something he sends a shit load of cash and I get that commision still yet but they seperate it if your doing math that is $4,998.46 a month, not bad for my dumb ass and I hope it motivates you guys because I was once where you was and I could easily be again
