I used 7 different domains/whitelabels and got 400 accs banned after 2-3 days. The domains worked fine when I did redirect. Couple of accs survived and it says that the site is dangerous when you click on it from Twitter. Chaturbate white label is not safe.
I guess it depends on what you're doing exactly. Nothing is safe if you override the limits. That's almost 60 accs on the same domain or maybe more if you were crosstweeting the domains.

It is because you are sending traffic for revenue share model. As you can see, the sign up-s are free registrations. You only get paid when the people spend money on that site (20% of all they spend).

I think this was said quite a few times already, but if you're doing revshare, that isn't a sprint. I have guys who started to spend money half a year after they registered.
If you send a low amount of traffic to revshare, you cannot judge it objectively imho. What's a low amount? I'd say which generates only 5 or less free regs per day. Let's say, if you pull around 15-20 free regs a day, you can expect a nice return in 2-3 months time.
It depends on luck too, but at the same time, it's a numbers game as well. The more traffic you send, the more free regs you'll get, so your chances to someone start spending increase.
Yes it takes time with Rev Share, think about it, if you go with $1 per sign up you get 5 a day for 30 days that is $150 and it is right now so that is alright, now you go with rev share , out of the 150 who signed up 5 of them start spending money down the road (lets say two months later) those 5 spend $200 each a month that is extra $200 a month in your pocket (20% of what they spend) but not just one month that is for life, so it starts to compound (new sign ups start spending on top of old sign ups spending)that is where I am last two weeks had 227 sign ups but I made $830, it takes more time but once it starts you will be glad
