In this thread, you will learn how I helped an agency get 81 interested girls to work as OnlyFans models and signed 3 contracts in 2 weeks.
Why I'm making this post:
Too many people gatekeep how they get models, or worse, sell a course for $497 teaching how to do that. No need for that, I'll share how I did it.
The owner reached out to me through a referral, and we quickly agreed they were only looking for fit, experienced models who already know how OnlyFans works.
I explained that finding and signing models with these specific requirements would cost more. However, the owner was more concerned about getting the right girls who could be brought to the top 0.5-1% in a few months. For them, quality mattered more than the signing cost.
Results
Spent: ~ $374
Leads: 81
Cost per lead: $4.61
Contracts signed: 3
Price for signing a contract with a model: ~ $124.66
Models come through this funnel: Ads → DM Bot → Typeform -> Sales team contacts the girl on Whatsapp
We also tried: Ads → Typeform, but the conversion was lower (Surprisingly). So, the above worked the best.
I also recommend doing the first funnel, because you can then easily DM the models.
Here is what the lead form looks like (Tips: Make it simple, and make it look pretty, it's important for the audience of 20yo girls)

How do we run ads on Facebook?
If you’ve ever run Facebook ads, you know accounts can get banned easily in some niches.. Facebook sees OnlyFans as a gray area, and their ad review AI will block any ad with the word “OnlyFans” in it - and sometimes even ban the account. So, you have to be clever.
We tried adding the OnlyFans logo to an ad. At first, it got blocked, but then we made the logo super big, and Facebook didn’t catch it. So, It worked! Just think outside the box.

About the project
An OnlyFans agency with 5 models, some earning $40k a month, wanted 2-3 new models. The way they work is this: They find models, scale them, then get new ones.The owner reached out to me through a referral, and we quickly agreed they were only looking for fit, experienced models who already know how OnlyFans works.
