Why not just upload it to facebook?
 
Does it work with custom thumbnails? If it doesn't then there are many sites that do the same thing for free

Its just redirecting so you're not really promoting anything, but they can alter the code at any time and highjack your traffic and send it wherever they want if they wanted to. It's cool and it would save a bit of time doing it manually, but i wouldn't trust sending my traffic to something like this, too much potential for something to go wrong.

But if you want to use this method, I suggest you do never trust on such websites.
Get your code, browse source code of that page, copy and host it in your server.
