Its just redirecting so you're not really promoting anything, but they can alter the code at any time and highjack your traffic and send it wherever they want if they wanted to. It's cool and it would save a bit of time doing it manually, but i wouldn't trust sending my traffic to something like this, too much potential for something to go wrong.
