Would you rather do several "small" websites specified in niches or one bigger website with several quizzes and subthemes ?
For example: one website about Peugeot's cars or several websites for each car model?

I prefer multiple websites and all have multiples niches as its own.
plugin - wp quiz pro and buzzfeed viral quiz plugin.

I think this is choice and should really be driven by the customer interest. Would the majority be interested in the other quizzes.
If it was something like Friends the TV show I would have one site with separate quizzes on general, phoebe, Monica, rachel, Joey, ross and chandler.
At the end of each quiz I would advertise a different quiz.
Especially if your model is ad revenue you just want as many Impressions as you can get.
I would however have a different website for The Big Bang Theory

Facebook have been cracking down on personality type quizzes. "Which friend are you?"type quizzes that hold unnecessary data.
Seen nothing to see that general knowledge quizzes are being banned.

True.
That's why i'm making "check your knowledge" quizzes.
Sometimes it's more difficult, but I believe, that it can give you longer sessions.

Videos work well instead of images as well.
I show the video as a question then get them to press next and as questions based on that video.
You can host videos from the official owners and not struggle with copyright.

Probably I haven't tried that site.GIFS are good though as they are engaging.
Quiz questions can't be copyrighted but quiz formats can be. Best thing is to not take entire quizzes off someone.
