[Method] Make $1000 a Month With Amazon - Newbie Friendly [Phase 5a Published!]

I am having so much fun with this method.

A couple of basic questions about linking to Amazon:

1. Links. Does it matter whether the long link or the short link URLs? What is the difference?

2. When you do the links is it better to set is so that it opens in a new page or not? I can imagine users with heaps of open pages by the time they get through the articles/page. I am not sure what users really like. Me, I like it when it opens in a new page, but that's just me.

I used some random guys picture and made up his story similar to my own, gave him a name near mine. He lives in the USA. I kinda feel like he is alive now somewhere :)

I make the links open in a new tab when they are affiliate links (to the amazon page) or any other link outside of your website. When they are linking to a page on your own website I don't let them open up in a new tab. I keep following this patern, although I have to say I'm not sure what the best way to do it really is :)

I would also like to thank WhitePassion and all other who have contributed value to this thread.


Firstly let me say that I am not a complete beginner in the field (but haven't done any IM for several years). Recently I made a new site that is a little more complex than a simple blog and I decided to start promotion with this method.


So far I have made 30 posts with a backlink to my site on 20 diferent forums with 1 sale (not related to my niche). So far I haven't been banned on a single forum.


What is the best ratio between posts with a backlink and posts without backlink?


Also how many posts with backlink should I do per week per single forum ?


For example If I make 15 posts a week (per forum) with 3 posts with a backlink. In 10 weeks this amounts of total 150 posts with 30 posts with a backlink (per forum) dont you think I would get banned? On what % of forums do you think I will get banned this way?


Also Eanglish is not my native language so I think this could be another reason to get banned if doing more extensive posting.

I did it! Thank you for laying out all the details Meathead. I had no doubt I, or basically anybody can do this. Today I checked my account and I made my first sale. It's not the exact same product I reviewed that got sold, but it's pretty close to it. I'm also starting to see some organic traffic.

1 quick question I have: In my GWT, I can see a lot of very weird keywords that I don't want to be ranking for. What is the best way to fix this and let Google know I don't want these keywords to rank for but others?

This is best method which I read so far. Everything is well explained.
I found good keyword with low competition and good amount of searches.
It is not " best + keyword " or " keyword + review ". It is " keyword + for s.a.l.e ".
What you say about this? Do you have experience of this type keywords? Can it be profitable?
 
How does the rotation of multiple accounts on same forum work? Do you post as different random people that happen to be recommending the same authority site?

One of the Detailed useful thread i have seen in the forum after a long time.Although i am not doing Amazon sites right now i have started looking for some niches to practice this method.
 
I am liking writing about my niche so much, I may even buy and use one of the products :)

Hello everyone! I transitioned from the previous method provided by Meathead1234 to this one. I am keeping all the reviews I have done for the previous method though. I have, pillar article ready and 1 more category article, under which I will link to product reviews/comparison.

It takes a lot of time to prepare original, copyscape passed content. I am hoping it will be worth in the long run to set website silo structure from the start.

Glad to see people reporting earnings.

Maybe the conversion rate will shoot through the roof if you're recording yourself talking about the mattress or the shaver or whatever... And you dedicate a page for every product you're promoting, with just your review Video on it...

It will go like this : sub-article -> product review in Video on another dedicated page... instead of sub-article -> links to Amazon product page...

Your thoughts on this ?

I tried this with one of my sites and saw a decent increase in conversions, but it was actually me talking about a product I had and used.

For most of my sites, I don't have any of the products. Wouldn't copy anyone elses videos.

How would you go around buying each and every product when you're talking about it on video, i mean you have to show people something, i don';tr think just images is going to cut it.

Guys i forwarded this guide to someone and they are working on it. But they can get into amazon because as they have declined / closed the account because they used their social account.

Any idea on how to get approved as he is still working on the website creation.

I'm using FocusBlog theme mate. Really great as it's clean and directs your reader's FOCUS to the content.
