[Method] Make $1000 a Month With Amazon - Newbie Friendly [Phase 5a Published!]

yay finally got the money to start a project like this. Got the domain and hosting, any suggestion for the theme? I have a hard time choosing

Hi, this is an awesome post and I would like to get started. I am wondering if you have an email or Skype that I can contact you at?

Another question I had is could I use shopify instead of wordpress? And if yes, how would this affect the overall guide for good or bad?

thanks

Why do I think the next phase will be 'Posting on GB groups'? Not a bad one. Just a guess.

Well, the forum method hasn't worked out for me, but that's probably because I have stopped posting, BUT thanks to this thread I have found quite nicer traffic source.

My question to meathead1234 is - is there a safe zone for conversion rate?
The traffic I get converts at a very high rate. Yesterday I got 47% for one tracking ID. I have total of two tracking ID's which results in total of 12% conversion this month.

Should I send some junk traffic to get the numbers down or is it safe?

Doing this right now with a twist of twitter traffic. My first attempt at IM hopefully it will work. Thank you Meathead

Hi, great thread.

Since my niche is competitive I find it hard to find forum to post into. There's is a lot of buying guides and not so much question to answer. Should I change my niche ?

I also had some success with your Blog commenting method.

Have you finished 5a yet?

Not enough questions on forums in regards to the products I am promoting(I have several niche websites). I post once maybe twice a week. This also includes Q&A websites like Yahoo and I am kind of disappointed with the results . Right now I am doing a lot of Web 2.0 properties and blog comments. Looking forward to your other methods.

What's the best way to go about creating the person who runs the blog? I mean, I don't want to use some random guys picture and make up something. Also don't want to use my myself.

When writing the blog posts is it bad form to use the description provided on the Amazon product page?

Definitely don't do that. That's a good way to get your Amazon Affiliate account banned. It's not hard to rewrite descriptions.

What about the bullet point features?

I have written articles in my own words but have copy & pasted the feature bullet points that are usually listed at the top by the zoom photo. Do you think I am at risk by doing this? I have seen other Amazon affiliate style sites doing the same thing, however that doesn't mean it's acceptable, they may just not have been caught yet. I can't see how Amazon could have a problem with their affiliates highlighting the features of their products, but I could be wrong.

Any advice on this appreciated Meathead :)

Using the info provided on the Amazon product page to write about is completely okay. I've had Amazon reviewers check over my site and I have a 100% verified account. There's a handful of places where you can get info on a product and Amazon understands this.
