have you had any experience with design? I only ask this because dealing with people and designers seem bothersome when they dont meet eye to eye. Add to this delivery time and re-edits and I personally see more time consumed than anything... just my thoughts.

Anyone can recommend a Fiverr seller who can make this mobile site and maybe someone who has got the script so the websites identifies if it is desktop versio or mobile version that should be loaded

I wonder why the OP was banned as well, but a way to limit some of the competition is by typing in niche + location and see if there are any local business in your area advertising on Adwords. I also don't recommend clicking on the paid ads since that does cost them money. Try seeing if the display URL is the actual one instead.

Hmm, going to have to give this one a shot.
My thoughts are you're going to need a high cost per lead business and a mock up which is easy enough to make with one of the free builders out there. I will try the email method but I think I might try and get them to give me a call when they land on the landing page.
Getting a cold lead to purchase through a checkout system on the internet without speaking to them is going to be pretty tough.
If you guys are sticking to the email method I would try and solicit a return email rather than going str8 for the sale on your "landing page" or sales page.
I will be personalizing the email with their business name too. If I get into enough, as my time is thin with my other offline methods, I might try and test the sales copy of the email and landing page in batches of 100 and optimize as I go...
As for providing the service... don't ask me yet as I'll be hunting down the best deal I can get from the designers I know around here and have them supply the service. That also means my price is undetermined as of yet. If anyone is able to take on supplying the service around here PM me and maybe we can chat about it a bit.

I created a very nice website promoting this type of product, found a good seller on fivver and had her make me a mobile site just to test the waters first. I have sent out over 80,000 emails within the last 2 says to an opt-in realtor list, so far not one bite yet....I have made converstions before promoted products to realtors. Maybe Im not promoting this service to the right target audience. I used to live in america but I have not been back to the states in a while, can anyone tell me what the situation is with realtors now, are they tightening their belts?
