To those who have tried this... did you use a long sales letter or just a quick unique email to each site owner? I am thinking of writing up an email message and outsourcing the sourcing and contacting parts of this. Then outsource the mobile site for $5 too!

if you are not doing recurring then you are losing out.

checkout those white-label solutions that host and make mobile websites and then turn around and offer them to your client and keep them on recurring.

Did you set up a site detailing your service? Or did you just ask them to pay your paypal and they trusted you to set up the mobile site?

I have a few questions though. How would you go about processing the order?

So it goes a little something like this:
- Buyer agrees to buy the mobile version of his/her website
- Do you then wait for the buyer to pay you the $49 first? When they do pay, what's the method of payment? Paypal?
- Afterwards, everything else seems to be pretty clear thanks!

I'd like to know the answer to these questions.

Thank for your comment! Yes, at the moment I ask them first to pay, they send the money to my paypal account and in 2-3 days I delivery the finished site. I'll have to create a website to promote the service because looks more professional than just sending emails.

Yes, it's included. All I do is just create a subdomain on cpanel and install the site there.

Why in the world are you only charging $49? You should be charging at least $149 for the site. I personally charge either $197 or $247 depending on the client, best kind of clients out there.
