Hi, Thanks for share, but I have some question for you:
after sending the mail and the customer agrees, then I will need him send me what?, next I will order on Fiverr, and after he finished, will I send what to my customers? (sorry for my ignorance)

I sended emails to 6 ppls, becouse I dont have time, tommorow I will send to 100 ppls, if You get some sales, write here

I've sent 30 emails so far, split testing 50/50 with different copy. So far, I've received a big zero responses.
I'd slap in some SEO (quality not garbage) for their sites as well.
Edit: Why some people may FAIL with this method.
#1. You failed to build yourself some converting ad copy.
#2. You failed to understand clearly about why they would buy from you and not learn themselves.
#3. Your resell service sucks and people and see right through it.
#4. You didn't reach the right type of people that would need the product.
#5. You didn't take appropriate time and action to engage the customers correctly.
Some options to FIX the conversion rate.
#1. YouTube video with engaging comments, likes, favorites, and tons of views. You might need quite a few of them to seem legit and authority like.
#2. You will need some Facebook fans and Twitter fans to increase that social experience everyone is looking for.
#3. You will need comments about how wonderful your stuff is, how it helped them make more money (this can be done in sales copy), etc.
#4. You will need to be able to show them a website with awesome content that you own.
#5. You will need to be able to have a appropriately ranked content site in order for them to begin to think about buying.
#6. You will need to increase your Alexa rank in order to make it look like you have a giant traffic and client base.
#7. You can improve responses with a assortment of elegant designs and graphics directed toward your current prospects.
#8. You can improve your chances of a response by having a email, then a follow up email within 3 days after reminding them of their site, maybe even a discount as well.
#9. You can also ask them if they have friends and would like to be a affiliate of your operation in order for them to make money on the side.
#10. You want to run a Google Adwords campaign, a Microsoft Ad Center campaign, and finally you will want to run a few video campaigns on YouTube to refer to them about your business.
#11. You want to have your own customized email.
#12. You want to have a good logical name for your email and site that fits your niche (aka selling mobile websites to scrubs).
#13. Drop a 1800 number down (America!!!) so they can call you for any more questions.
#13.5 Don't like phones? Hire a PA to take the phone calls for you, leave them with a packet of information available for any generic questions.
#14. You want to get rid of the scumbag factor by offering them additional services and discounts for being loyal members. (Do some BSTS come to mind? Hint Hint!)
#15. Rinse and repeat a list of about 100,000 people and then come back and say it doesn't work. You can also build your lists quicker by Adwords.
Doing all this, likely if anyone would even consider it, will make a sale easier than simply being some random scrub

Last time I checked the fiver gig it had one pending order and now it has 3. Will not be surprised if the number becomes 10 or 15 tomorrow.

These fiverr gigs probably just use mobile scripts and input the business' information. You could probably find a mobile script and just eliminate fiverr from the equation completely. Or if you're lazy, keep using fiverr.

To help answer and close a few gaps.. After you out source this and whatever format you get it back in...
You still have to add a redirect script so that mobile users visiting the clients website are being detected on their mobile devices
and are redirected to the mobile version. The OP is not explaining this if he is even aware of it.
It does no good offering mobile sites without this set into place. A good idea is to make it an upsell to set the script up.
If your interested I have a very easy one to apply that detects all devices.

You get the file in a couple of second, no need to order on fiverr...I mean you can type an URL, right?...then, no need...
