Solid method...to make this even easier,you can use a lead software which is shared on here somewhere.
Don't just go with local, you can turn this into a full time service for global websites using Google Adwords or another high quality traffic source. Actually, you can even make this a #1 affiliate marketing product, you deliver quality support and service. Pay your affiliates well and still keep a decent profit. All you need to do is figure out how to go about this (see my post above) and what you are going to offer. You would be surprised about how many sales you will get if you give people what they are secretly after! (most people want instant gratification (in the form of sales and fame) and satisfaction (you over delivered and are of quality)). Oh no about 20 BSTS come to mind, along side at least 7 great ones that compliment each other. Time to go to Adwords before you figure it out.

Today I got an excellent customer!! First he ordered me one mobile site, I bought the gig, in less than 2 hours I have the mobile site ready! My client likes the site and told me he will order mobile sites for 8 more sites!!!
8 x $49 = $392
8 * $5 = $40
$392 - $40 = $352 PROFIT!! From just one customer!!
Let's wait, I'll tell you what happend with this, but this is working really good!!

+1 all you have to do is right click and open in new tab, that way the owner doesn't have to pay for a click for nothing.

These fiverr gigs probably just use mobile scripts and input the business' information. You could probably find a mobile script and just eliminate fiverr from the equation completely. Or if you're lazy, keep using fiverr.
My brother was thinking of starting a business doing this and I sent him these two websites where you can do this for free. They were:

surely everyone is smart enough to create there own selling pitch. as a business owner i would definatley buy a service that could potentially get me more customers its a good investment, the amount of people using cell phones to surf the net is huge, more access to their site equals more sales equals more money.
