This is a good guide - laser targeted traffic always convert and I like your approach to use a data broker - what volume can be done this way and what GEOs they are available to?

i think there are a few brokers that offer to make your list laser targetted for certain fees still haven't seen anyone offering banner ads.
 
Most of these companies offer only B2B transactions , and only deal with huge traffic, how the heck did you manage to find one with a dashboard and accept your $50 as budget ? Or are you talking about DSP Ad networks ?
 
The fact that they allowed a minimum spend of only 50$ seems weird.These companies work with big businesses in general.
None of the data brokers I’ve found had any sort of pricing displayed on their website, you need to contact them and ask which is a common practice for companies that work with big businesses only.
