For this, I don't have a solution, but what I do is, I usually keep an eye on admin's activities for a few days to know when he will usually be online. So, I will post when his/her is not active on FB. Doing this gives me few hours of window and remove the post yourself after few hours, so even if admin's come to know, most of the time they aren't bothered if we remove it ourselves.

Don't know it works for everyone, but it has worked for me. If multiple admins/mods, you can still get that window, if you can get to track them. Some may think if somewhat stalking, yes of course it is, but not for any harmful reason.
