The information above only pertains to the IRS, you would have to look into your local government to see what sort of arrangement with Paypal they have.

i have gotten my EIN Number and it's validated according to the support line i called but the problem now is that i have added to amazon and the tax is still 30%

please what will i do?
 
i now understand it work with treaty and my country is not included
 
I called and I was on hold for 40 minutes .. No one answered me.

So that means it make no sense to open an US bank account just because you want to open a US PayPal account!?! I don't understand what the benefit is to have a US PayPal account compared to a European PayPal account which is much easier to deal with?

At stripe activation process ein number is optional but ssn is required....

If they specifically ask for a SSN, you must provide an SSN and there is no way around it. Most credit card processors in US ask for a responsible party's SSN to do a credit risk assessment until you get big enough to have corporate credit.
 
fyi: to open an US bank account you don't need SSN or either ISN or any other US taxation's numbers.
It requires: passport + the utility bill (plus your person physically)
 
Idk the use of all this. But i thought tax id can be generated?

What is the benefit if this thread? For people who wants to open a US bank account or for people who needs a verified PayPal acct? I don't get it.
 
i bought 10$ of skype credit and called irs and did exactly what you have said in this post and it worked,i will recieve documents in about 2 weeks but i already got my EIN number over the phone,thanks a lot dude,you saved me a lot of trouble!
 
Good share op i havent personally ever heard about this method or tried it, but if it works it should help alot of members down the road.
