I've done the method all by myself and learn how to post better comment without looking like a promotion.
But, i'm more interested on how to scale this up. How do you set up and control your team?
I tried to scale it up by posting on elance/odesk, but it's kinda failed, i look it up on google and can't find solution how to create and manage team to post using google alerts or buzzbundle.
Although, I can still find people to do forum posting, youtube comment, yahoo answer, quora, relevant blog comment. But they're separated, not all in one and not using google alerts.
Do you managed your team like that too? for example 1 person do marketing on facebook groups, 1 person do marketing on x forum, 1 person do marketing on quora, etc.
how do you teach them and post better comment? and lastly, what's the usual rate/salary for making people do this kinda job for you?

I really do appreciate this share. I'm getting the free version right now. I have always sucked at social sharing, and have defaulted to jetpack to just post a bit of every article that I write to G+, Twitter, FB, etc. The result is basically no interaction at all. It just looks like crap, and nobody interacts with me. I don't blame them either!
I've been knowing that I need to do something different/more. I just didn't know what to do. I think you have led me down the road I need to go on.
I'll commit an hour or so a day to it for a month. By then, hopefully, I'll get the hang of it.

You need to be more intelligent than that. Some places will ban you, not much you can do about that. Look for relevant groups (e.g. kitchens if you're promoting toasters) and start posting. Figure out what sticks and what doesn't. After a while it gets much easier.
The original Google Alerts method still works if you're budget conscious and aren't too concerned about scale.
There are plenty of affiliate programs that can pay you aside from Paypal. Clickbank, Amazon for example...

I have a team I've hired in house in my London office so I expect my costs would be significantly higher than yours. All of my team are on at least $XXXX a month. The most important thing to do (once it works for you) is create a process. This post was put together by one of my new marketing team as part of her training.
Create templates for everything. Emails, forum posts, Facebook posts etc. And track everything centrally (this is why BuzzBundle is great as you can monitor campaigns). If you're trying to use a cheaper outsourced team you might need to be even more hands on than this - my team are smart so can figure most out for themselves
Let me know if you need more help.
Good stuff. The key with this method is setting everything up properly and then being consistent. It's easy to get frustrated in the first few weeks and stop. You should start seeing results after a month of consistent work, though.
The site we got all the traffic to (used in the screenshot) wasn't to FEI, although we do use it for marketing on the main company site too. We're business brokers. This method of promotion will work for almost anything - I started with review sites, but also works fine on ad-based sites (in viral niches) and even b2b services.

Lol, you don't have to use BuzzBundle at all. I've provided plenty of free options and there are *lots* of people who were successful with my $100/day thread (which was pretty much free to setup). This is just an advanced way we use in house to scale for those who are at that level.
