i logged in on ads4dough and noticed that their ads are outdated? don't really know what happened with them.
i had account on CJ - they suspended it cuz of inactivity. NeverBlueAds wanted to call me - I really don't know why I never gave them my phone number.

anyways, want to test this one.

so, what CPA networks are paying now? :)

It depends on your targeting. I haven't tried selling CB products but I will give it a shot in the future. I usually use mobile and zip/email submits paid 0.50 to 4 dollars.

If you find another website that allows you ad placement to your short links please post it here. I did not find any, only ptc miserable websites. Usually when one of my links hits 1000 visitors I usually bank at least 10 dollars with it.

I don't understand who will ban you I really don't. I can tell you one thing tho' Yahoo Answers is the best method for gaining massive traffic to your links only IF you do it right. There's plenty of information here on BHW that will help you out. What about the slyurl links? What filters?

There is a section on this forum that is entirely about CPA networks. There are some "home grown" networks here on BHW would be very easy to sign up for them.
 
I need some help wth image coding, suppose my offr dnt have any gif image, i searchd and got a gud image which is suitable to my offer , then how to code it with my offer?? I m nt a coder, dnt know html well. I tried but it dnt show tht image, it only show [image] with my link i used that border="0" which is given by you.
 
I have a strange problem... When I copy paste the html code from my cpa network the picture just does not load. (The code is for the banner I want to use)
P.S. It works with custom images I make and upload to img sharing sites like Imageshack.

This is how you should do it. Don't expect 24 hours massive profits. I do like 50 links a day and I have my own system of links sharing which includes forums twitter yahoo answers and so on. For starters you can spam chatrooms although this way you will not target mostly anything.

Real results appear once you've done it for at least 2-3 weeks daily.
 
Im trying this method out because it sounds like a solid method. Just one problem, where excatly do you put the content and cpa offer to create the shorter link? ive been trying to find the info on the help forum but still confused, please help??

The content is the end page that your interested users will see. The offer is to be put inside the control panel from their website. Play with it for a while before you get used to it.

example:

content: a wikipedia page about the X subject
offer: related to the above mentioned X wikipedia content in order to maximize the ad click chance
sharing: wherever the X subject is present.

It is pure banner display but if you want to be 100% sure ask your manager.

One sidenote: Everything there is for you to know is shared in the first post. I've also seen noobs expecting next day income. Work everyday harder and look for results the next month. Regarding bans and such if you are stupid enough to use multiple accounts without proxies and stupid enough to share links along with messages like FREE IPAD2 then you deserve a ban.

Have you bothered to take a look at the sexyurl shortener? You have there the option to place your ads using the code you take from your CPA company in the control panel.

I do not understand your question because it is not related to this topic. I use tweet attacks to build my tw accs.
